​Koinonia Gathering ​Missions Conference
October 20nd-22th, 2020 in Okinawa Japan
We invite everyone who has been a part of Calvary Chapel Bible College Japan over the past years to attend our Koinonia Gathering in October 2020! Whether you are a former Calvary Chapel Bible College Japan student, Summer of Servant attendee, a missionary that has been sent out from us, or if you are a church friend - you are invited! Pray about coming, book your tickets and attend! It will be a wonderful time of fellowship, encouragement, a time in the Word, connection with former and present students and teachers, and sightseeing on our beautiful island.

Our Goal
To hear, encourage, and equip missionaries and ministers that have come through CCBC Japan. 
We would love to have the current missionaries that have been sent out from this ministry to attend and give an update of the ministry God has called them to. We would also love to have the congregations from these church plants to hear the needs and heart of those churches that they have invested time and prayer in.

Lodging is available
Limited Housing is available, or you may make your own arrangements. Please sign up and give us information on who will be joining you so we can make proper arrangements.

Airport Pick up
Airport pick-up & drop-off available for donation. Must be arranged
1 week prior to the conference.

Early arrival & late departures
All guest may arrive the weekend before the conference.
Arrival before 10/17 will be charged 1,500 Yen a day until the conference
(when staying at the college)
Departures: Any stays after 10/26 - the daily rate will apply

  • CCBC Graduates
  • Missionaries sent out from CC Ginowan
  • CCBC Japan Teaching Alumni
  • CCBC Japan Church plants: Ginowan, Nago, Nishihara, Yomitan, Higashimatsushima, Kagoshima
  • Open to the church members of these church plants as well

Meals included
  • Tuesday: Dinner
  • Wednesday: Light Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
  • Thursday: Light Breakfast / Lunch / BBQ Dinner
  • Breaks: Snacks at break times will be provided as well. 
  • ​Wednesday afternoon: Special ladies meeting for missionaries & church workers.​
